Commercial Military and Aerospace Paint and Powdercoat

Mil Spec Coatings:
Chemical Agent Resistant Coating or CARC paint is specified for use on tactical military equipment, including ground, aviation, munitions and related support equipment for its ability to withstand the harsh chemicals used in the decontamination process.

Pad Printing and Part Marking

Coating Application Technologies offers the precision application of graphic images using either customer supplied artwork.

Pad printing is extremely detailed. Line widths of .005" are routinely made possible and is suitable for both large and small production runs.

A wide range of stock and custom colors are readily available to match your existing requirements and particular specifications.

Coating Application Technologies designs and manufactures custom fixtures and printing plates to reduce lead-time and ensure reliability.

General Powdercoating

We also specialize in powder coating, a process that applies paint in dry powder form that's then baked to a fluid state bonding the paint to the metal surface.

Powder Coatings provide a wide range of performance properties, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, fading and impact abrasion.

Finishes are available in virtually unlimited colors, glosses and textures.
